The flavors in these ribs can stand up to the slowly smoked meat AND a full plate of sides! We start with a Hungarian smoked paprika based rub and then slow smoke the 2lbs of meat until its fall of the bone tender - but with a crusty bite. We add our homemade, all natural Cattle King barbecue sauce at the end to give a sweeter edge to the ribs, but we gotta warn ya - they finish with a little kick of heat!
